Editorial for Melbourne based fashion label Diida.
Riponlee Estate in Melbourne is an incredible property. It has been around since 1868. There is so much history there, which is something that becomes very apparent to you as soon as you walk through the gates. We were very lucky to be able to shoot there.

For this shoot I used my Canon 5Ds and I swapped between a Sigma 50mm 1.4 ART and Sigma 35mm 1.4 ART. In regards to lighting, I used one Profoto B1 head with a beauty dish. I also had my trusted human light stand, Matt. I mainly used it as a bit of fill light, just to give that little bit of pop but still keep an editorial feel to it. On cloudy days I find that I back light the subject a lot, using a strobe. If you find the right angles and ratios it really gives it a nice natural feel as if the model would be backlit by the sun.
Editorial for fashion label Nevenka
The producer behind this editorial was the creative agency Head On Media.
